Nothing in these Terms shall limit tf999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

tf999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any time.
• Failure to satisfy age verification or KYC requirements within a reasonable period.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the player's details.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player.

You may close your tf999 account at any time by contacting the support team.
